James T. Tallman, PA Injury Lawyer

James T. Tallman, Esquire, has been with Thomas E. Crenney & Associates, LLC since 2004. Prior to joining Thomas E. Crenney & Associates, LLC, Mr. Tallman represented corporations and practiced commercial litigation at Pittsburgh's largest law firm and at a mid-sized firm. At Thomas E. Crenney & Associates, LLC Mr. Tallman's practice is focused on representing injured persons. Mr. Tallman represents injured persons in all types of personal injury cases, including auto-accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, work-place accidents, dog bits and fall-down accidents. He has tried cases as lead or co-counsel in both state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania. Mr. Tallman attended Widener University School of Law and graduated first in his class, magna cum laude in 1996. While attending law school, Mr. Tallman served as an editor of the law review. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Tallman is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and its Western Pennsylvania branch. Mr. Tallman is a frequent author for the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association's publication The Advocate. Mr. Tallman is member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and is an active member of the ACBA Rules Committee. He has served on numerous sub-committees for the purpose of enacting and improving local rules in Allegheny County. Mr. Tallman is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Tallman resides in Mt. Lebanon and has three sons. Mr. Tallman is active in the community through various charities, cub scouts and coaching youth sports.
