Allison M. Palazzolo Allison M. Palazzolo has over 17 years experience in the legal field and has been providing paralegal support to Thomas E. Crenney & Associates, LLC since 1995. Barbara has been Attorney Crenney's personal secretary for 16 years. Her areas of expertise include opening files, answering discovery, preparing initial court filings, tracking service and statute of limitations, knowledge of local and state rules, scheduling appointments and depositions, and preparing all cases for trial. Barbara is also a Pennsylvania Notary Public. Barbara is a frontline contact for all clients. Barbara resides in Etna, Pennsylvania and is married with a daughter and a son. Alicia R. Nocera Alicia R. Nocera has over 14 years experience as a paralegal. Alicia has been working for Attorney Crenney as his litigation paralegal for 10 years. Alicia has been the office manager for Thomas E. Crenney & Associates, LLC since 2004. She received her Paralegal Certificate from Robert Morris University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently in her 3rd year of Law School in the evening division at Duquesne University. Alicia is a Paralegal Affiliate with the American Association for Justice. Her areas of expertise include attending trials with Attorney Crenney, drafting/preparing pleadings, discovery and pretrial statements, attending depositions, preparing clients for trial, interviewing clients, paying office and client bills, preparing distribution sheets for settlements, and negotiating subrogation liens for clients. Alicia is a frontline contact for all clients. Alicia currently resides in Sewickley, Pennsylvania and has one daughter. April L. Crenney April L. Crenney has been working as a paralegal at Thomas E. Crenney & Associates, LLC since she was 15 years old. April has attended trials with Attorney Crenney enumerable times over the past 20 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently pursuing a Certified Nurse Practitioner Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Her further education provides a foundation to provide effective and comprehensive support in all areas of personal injury litigation that the firm handles. Her areas of expertise include on-line legal research, support in tire and wheel cases and other complex product liability cases, document review and searches and overall trial support.
